Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Our shipping rate is €50 per furniture item and if you order 3+ items we offer Free shipping in all of Europe.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order, however it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 5-7 business days.. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Order Cancelation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing, it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancelation. Just reach out to our friendly customer support team via Instagram @modurihome or email hey@modurihome.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Return Policy
At moduri home, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality lounge furniture on the market that meet their expectations. Sadly, we know that sometimes the order you place is just not quite the right fit for you.
You can certainly return your moduri order to us for a full refund in original packaging, provided it is returned within 30 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the furniture order needs to be in its original state and not vacuum opened, with all parts complete and protected.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hey@modurihome.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our products.
Return Shipping:
Customers bear the responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/wrong item. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.
In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong color/furniture, we will cover the return shipping costs. Customer must contact support within 30 days of receiving the product to report the matter.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your order for a different color or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
